Haling from Wadena SK, in the heart of the Canadian prairies, Hot Lettuce is a two-piece band featuring two brothers coming together to form a different take on an Alternative Rock sound. Officially formed in 2017, Jared and Brady Linnen combine influences ranging from The Red Hot Chili Peppers and the Foo Fighters, to the Black Keys and the White Stripes. In July of 2018, they released their first self-titled EP, recorded at Ghetto Box Studios in Saskatoon, SK.

Jared comes from a blues background, drumming in a cover band in the Tisdale, SK area, where they opened up for acts such as Trooper and Tom Cochrane.

The Linnen brothers have been jamming and playing music together since they were kids, and their tight-knit chemistry can be heard throughout their music.
